What are the Printing Processes We Use?
Offset Printing
This technology uses a rubber cloth or roller to transfer the image from a metal plate to a smooth or rough paper. It is often used to print high-definition images and text.
It supports printing in up to 6 colors, the most common of which is CMYK: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. The patterns printed in this way are very soft, but it does not support patterns with very complex textures.
Flexographic Printing
Flexographic printing uses flexible printing plates to transfer ink to paper, plastic, metal film, non-woven fabrics and other materials. The process is compatible with a variety of inks, including solvent-based, water-based, electron beam curing inks, UV curing inks, and two-component chemical curing inks.
Its patterns are brightly colored, with up to five colors, including CMYK. It should be noted that this process is more suitable for large-scale printing tasks and will leave an ink smell. After printing, there is often a 1.5cm gap between the cup body and the cup mouth.
Digital Printing
Digital printing prints digital images directly onto various materials, such as paper, fabric or canvas. This technology uses electronic text as a carrier and transmits it to the digital printing device through the network to achieve direct printing. It does not require printing plates or cylinders.
If errors occur, we can quickly modify the image file in the computer before mass printing because the printing information is 100% variable. However, this printing technology may cause some color differences.
