Before any mass production run, we ship free physical samples (buyer covers freight) so you can verify material, print accuracy, and seal quality firsthand. Samples are typically ready within 7–15 working days, and revisions are welcome until you're satisfied.
Q2: How long does it take to get a quote, and what information do I need to provide?
We turn around formal quotes within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry. To get started, just tell us the product type (container, cup, bag, etc.), approximate size and compartment requirements, estimated monthly or annual volume, and your destination country. That's enough for us to come back with material options, structural specs, and FOB pricing in one go.
Q3: Can I fully customize the packaging with my own branding, size, and compartment layout?
Yes - full OEM and ODM services are available across all product categories. You can customize dimensions, compartment configuration (1, 2, 3, or bespoke), colors matched via CMYK or Pantone, logo, print pattern, QR codes, barcodes, and promotional copy. We accept AI, PDF, CDR, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG artwork files. If you only have a rough concept, our design team will develop the artwork at no extra charge.
Q4: Are your products food-safe, BPA-free, and suitable for microwave and freezer use?
All products use food-grade PP or PE materials and are 100% BPA-free. Standard PP containers are rated from -20°C to 120°C, covering both freezer storage and microwave reheating. Exact temperature ratings vary by SKU - we'll include the product datasheet with your sample. All food-contact materials are tested before production and verified against relevant safety standards.
Q5: Do you offer biodegradable or compostable options for markets with single-use plastic restrictions?
Yes. Our bagasse (sugarcane fiber) tableware line is certified for industrial composting and is a practical choice for buyers operating in markets with single-use plastic regulations or with ESG sourcing requirements. Paper cups are produced with food-grade PE-coated paperboard in single, double, and triple-wall configurations.
