Thermoforming Machine
YANGRUI has eight top-grade German KIEFEL thermoforming machines for more complex container shapes and higher production speeds. It is equipped with a three-station positive and negative pressure thermoforming mechanism, an automated mold change system and cutting station, and an integrated stacking station. This enables the plastic sheet to contact the mold and form more quickly.
Sheet Machines
Our factory set seven advanced sheet machines. We can quickly make food containers through its automatic feeding system, extrusion part, calendaring system, and pulling and cutting devices. This includes multi-color plastic products or plastic molds.
Automatic packaging machine
Compared to traditional manual packaging, we prefer highly automated packaging machines. They improve packaging efficiency through dual synchronous belt film pulling, tension control, automatic deviation correction and other functions. It also reduces dust and sweat pollution caused by manual contact, especially for plastic food containers that need to come into direct contact with food.
