Based on your submitted requirements, YANGRUI's sales team prepares a complete factory-direct quotation covering unit pricing by quantity tier, carton configuration and carton pricing, OEM or customization costs if applicable, estimated lead time based on current production capacity, and available shipping options to your destination. For standard product inquiries, quotation is provided within 8 business hours. For OEM and custom projects, a preliminary feasibility and cost indication is provided within the same timeframe, with a detailed quotation following specification confirmation. Step 3: Request and Evaluate Free Samples
Before committing to a bulk order, qualified buyers are encouraged to request free product samples to evaluate container performance firsthand. Sample evaluation should cover dome lid seal performance under transport simulation, dimensional compatibility with your delivery bags, refrigeration racks, or display shelving, material quality and clarity under your typical display conditions, and print quality if OEM samples have been developed. International freight for sample shipment is charged to the buyer. Sample dispatch timeline is confirmed by our sales team at the time of request. Step 4: Confirm Specification and Place Order

YANGRUI's sales team provides a pro forma invoice based on confirmed specification for buyer review and deposit arrangement.
